Welcome to TailHand! We strive to provide you with a high-quality, made-to-order item that meets your expectations. Below, you will find detailed information regarding our shipping policy:

1. Made-to-Order Items Each TailHand frame and work surface is made-to-order to ensure the utmost quality and craftsmanship. This means your order is created specifically for you, and production begins after your order is placed.

2. Processing Time Because each TailHand frame and work surface are made-to-order, please allow up to 8 weeks for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver a high-quality, durable TailHand, just for you. Replacement parts may be shipped faster, as we make every effort to carry these items in stock. 

3. Shipping Time Once your item is ready, shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Typical shipping times are as follows:

Domestic Shipping: 5-8 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Any applicable customs or import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

6. Returns and Exchanges As each item is custom-made at this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will work to resolve it promptly.
