TailHand Limited Lifetime Warranty

All TailHand products are warrantied against manufacturing defects and material failures for the entire life of the product. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover failure due to normal wear and tear or abuse of the product. We stand behind our products and we're confident that after using them, you will too.

TailHand Return Policy

As each item is custom-made at this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will work to resolve it promptly. Receipt of purchase is required.
